Projects

Project element is used in the Agendec HR Management, CRM+ and Agendec Business.

E-mail correspondence, documents, activities, hours and purchase invoices are stored in the project.

It can also report financial data from your accounting system, with overview of accounting and budget, and with the "drill down" and lookup to the original invoice.


Projects

  • All relevant key information related to project - rates, dates, etc.- even custom fields
  • List of participants in the project. CV information (optional), as well as information about the client
  • Email correspondence and documents - e.g. work drawings – can be associated with the project
  • All hours used are stored in the project
  • Purchase invoices from Agendec Business Incoming invoice module - lookup to the original invoice
  • Resource plan on the project with overview of the planned and actual activities of the project
  • Economic data from accounting
