Invoice routine automatically retrieves hours and disbursements to the billing from the time module.
Optional summation level - hours may be presented on the invoice - per project, consultant, date, task etc., or whether all hours are to be transferred separately.
Time lists and other optional attachments are stored together with the invoice and can optionally be sent together.
Registration of order
Simple registration of corporate orders. This may be items, hours, cost etc. It is possible to scan documents to order, if necessary. link documents from document module.
You can choose to print the invoice on paper or create pdf format and send an e-mail to the customer. The solution will be adapted to electronic invoice.
